Commercial Presentation

Acceptance of a one-hour Commercial Presentation is on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to Convention sponsors and is contingent on space availability after program sessions have been assigned. For additional marketing exposure or for those who cannot have a representative attend. Unlimited quantity and variety; prominently located at Exhibit Hall Entrance.
 
Product/Service Description:  
Terms and Method of Payment/Cancellation Policy:
A $300 non-refundable deposit per booth is due with application or within two weeks of invoice date. Fifty percent (50%) of the exhibit booth rental fee is due no later than 10/24/2012. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due no later than 1/24/2013. In addition non exhibit invoices that are past due to AAHPERD must be paid in full before being allowed to exhibit. No installation will be permitted unless payment has been received in full. A fee of 25% of the TOTAL exhibit space costwill be assessed for cancellations received from 10/24/2012 to 1/24/2013. Cancellations received after 1/14/2013 will result in a full forfeiture or an obligation to pay the entire rental fee. Cancellations must be received in writing by AAHPERD Show Management to be void.
